Inspired by the The Salvation Army International Social Justice Commission study book titled, ‘Jesus and Justice,’ this event series aims to educate and begin dialogue about critical and current topics, while empowering people towards a social justice inspired response.

Jesus, Justice & Refugees // June 2017

Partnered with World Relief and hosted at the The Salvation Army Compton Corps in the California South Division, this event provided an opportunity for Corps Officers and Salvationists to listen to refugee stories, build empathy and learn about The Salvation Army global work in serving refugees, specifically in Greece and Mexico.
